What size projects do you take on?
We handle commercial projects of all sizes, from small retail fit-outs from around £15,000 up to full ground-up commercial new builds. If you're unsure whether your project fits, get in touch — we'll give you a straight answer.
How long does a commercial project typically take?
Timelines depend on scope and complexity. A retail fit-out might take 4–8 weeks, while a ground-up new build can run 6–12 months. We provide a detailed programme with your quotation so you know exactly what to expect.
Can you work on a live site while we're still trading?
Yes — we regularly deliver projects in live retail, office and industrial environments. We plan phased programmes with minimal disruption, manage noise and dust carefully, and coordinate with your team to maintain operations throughout.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Barry and work across the whole of South Wales — Cardiff, Vale of Glamorgan, Penarth, Bridgend, Newport and beyond. For larger commercial projects we can travel further; contact us to discuss your location.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every trade is in-house on our payroll — groundworks, structure, M&E, fit-out. One team, one standard, one point of accountability. We don't subcontract and we don't hand off responsibility.
Are you insured and accredited?
Yes. We hold £5 million public liability insurance, are fully CDM-compliant, and work to current Building Regulations on every project. Certification is provided on completion for all M&E works.

What payment terms do you offer?
Payment is staged against project milestones, with each stage clearly defined in your quotation. This means you only pay for completed work, and you're never asked to front-load the full project cost.
