Programme
Once instructed, we issue a detailed project programme showing every phase, milestone and completion date. You'll know what happens and when.
Delivery
Our in-house team delivers the work. One project manager, direct trades, no subcontractors. Regular progress updates and site meetings throughout.
Handover
Final inspection, snagging if needed, certificate pack and practical completion. Your project is signed off and we remain available for any follow-up.
